Michael and Nicole Gipe decided to take a leap of faith and build M & N Remodeling. After several years of doing it alone, we were then given a talented team and our vision and dream became a reality.

Michael Gipe grew up in his hometown of Harrisburg, PA where he worked aside his Grandfather and Father in their now third generation family-owned business of 60+ years “Gipe Floor and Wall Covering.” At an early age Mike would go to the “shop” with his father. This is where he acquired his and skills and love for his craft. As Mike grew up in the remodeling business once he old enough to join the team he began to put his passion for design to work and learned the trades of remodeling and owing a business. He made the choice to move to Erie, PA in 2012 where his Mother had lived to better his life even more so.
He then spent several years working at various remodeling and flooring agencies and followed that with being a self-employed contractor working through different agencies when he began to realize he wanted to build a dream remodeling business he could call his own. During these years he had met his wife who was raised in Erie, PA where they got married and had their first daughter. They began working together to make their dream the reality where M&N Remodeling became real!
